PrestaShop knows your suppliers, not what to order. Since PrestaShop 1.7 there are no supply orders in the core: no reorder list, no purchase order, no receiving. Purchase Orders & Suppliers brings them back for PrestaShop 8 and 9, on top of your own suppliers.

How do I install the module?
Upload. Modules > Module Manager > Upload a module: drop the .zip from My licenses. One package for PrestaShop 8.2 and 9.x.
Configure. Click Configure. Settings follow the shop context, so in a multistore you set them for all shops or per shop.
Enter the license key. Paste the key from My licenses in the License panel and save. You have 14 days to do it; local and staging addresses are included.
PrestaShop 8.2 – 9.x. Tested on PrestaShop 9.2.0 and PrestaShop 8.2.8. The Compatibility tab lists every version range.
Do the modules use overrides?
No. They work through PrestaShop hooks, widgets and the core product customization system. Nothing is written to /override and no core file is changed, so PrestaShop updates and other modules keep working.
Which themes do they work with?
They are tested on Classic and Hummingbird, the two themes PrestaShop ships. Themes based on them work; a theme that removes the standard product page containers may need a small CSS adjustment, and support helps with that.
Do they work with multistore?
Yes. Settings follow the shop context, like PrestaShop's own modules. A license covers one production domain with its subdomains, so shops on other domains need a license each.
What does the license cover?
One production store domain with every subdomain (www, shop., staging.), plus local development hosts such as localhost, *.local and *.test. A store on another domain needs its own license; a second-store license is 40% off. You have 14 days after installing to enter the key. 12 months of updates and support are included; after that the module keeps working and renewals are 50% off. How licensing works
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Ask for a full refund within 30 days of your first purchase, no reason needed: open a ticket or write to [email protected] with your order number. The money goes back to the card or bank account you paid with within 5 business days of approval. Refund policy
How do I get help?
Open a ticket from your account, so your license details are attached. We answer Monday to Friday: bug reports within 1 business day, how-to questions within 2. Support policy. Not a customer yet? Ask a pre-sales question.
PrestaShop 8 and 9 know your suppliers, their references and their prices, but not what to order, what you ordered or what arrived. Purchase Orders & Suppliers adds the purchasing in between: it tells you what to reorder before you run out, writes one purchase order per supplier, sends it, and adds the stock once when the goods arrive.
Reorder suggestions: products and combinations at or below their reorder point, or that will sell out before the supplier can deliver (sales speed of the last days and the supplier lead time). Stock on open purchase orders counts as stock
Your PrestaShop suppliers: supplier references and prices come from the product pages (Options > Suppliers); add order e-mail, copy addresses, contact, lead time, minimum order and terms
Purchase orders: one draft per supplier in one click, products added by name, reference, EAN13 or supplier reference, shipping and other costs, minimum order reminder, numbering such as PO-2026-0001
Sent by e-mail: the supplier gets the order with a private link to a printable page (print or save as PDF)
Receiving: full or partial deliveries; the stock goes up once per line through PrestaShop's own stock (a form sent twice does not count twice), with a stock movement, and the cost price follows the weighted average
For shoppers: "Back in stock around ..." with the expected date on products that are out of stock and on order, per combination
Overview: statuses, late deliveries, value still to receive, received value per supplier, CSV export
No overrides, no outside service.

Requirements
PrestaShop 8.2.0 to 9.x, PHP 7.2.5 to 8.5 (as your PrestaShop version needs)
Working e-mail settings (Advanced Parameters > E-mail) to send purchase orders
Install
Modules > Module Manager > Upload a module: drop kvpurchaseorders-1.0.0.zip.
Open Catalog > Purchase orders.
Suppliers tab: add the order e-mail and the lead time of each supplier.
Settings tab: set a default reorder point and target stock, or set them per product on the Reorder tab.
Own-site edition: enter your licence key on the Settings tab.
Update
Upload the new zip the same way. Your purchase orders, receipts and settings stay.
Uninstall
Uninstalling deletes the purchase orders, receipts and reorder settings of the module. Your PrestaShop suppliers, products, stock and cost prices stay as they are.
Configuration
Catalog > Purchase orders > Settings
Setting
What it does
Purchasing on
Off: the pages stay readable, nothing can be created, sent or received, the storefront note is hidden
Show expected restock date
"Back in stock around ..." on product pages of items that are out of stock and on an open order with an expected date
Update cost prices
Receiving sets the cost price (wholesale price) to the weighted average cost
Record stock movements
Received goods appear in Catalog > Stock > Movements
Default reorder point
Suggest items with this stock or less (0 = only items with their own reorder point, plus items that sell out within the lead time)
Default target stock
Suggested quantities fill up to this level
Sales period (days)
Sales speed = units sold in valid orders of this period, minus refunds and returns
Days to cover
Selling items are ordered for lead time + this many days
Employees need "View" on the Purchase orders tab to read it and "Edit" to create, send and receive (Advanced Parameters > Team > Permissions).
Licence
The own-site edition shows a licence card on the Settings tab. Without an active licence the pages stay readable but nothing can be created, sent or received. Purchase orders and stock already received are never touched.
Usage
What to reorder
Catalog > Purchase orders > Reorder lists every product and combination that needs ordering:
stock + units on open purchase orders at or below the reorder point, or
with sales: it will sell out within the lead time of its supplier.
The suggested quantity fills the stock up to the target stock, and for selling products to lead time + "days to cover" of sales, rounded up to the pack size. "Lasts" shows the days of stock left at the current sales speed; it turns amber when that is shorter than the lead time.
The supplier is the product's default supplier when it is linked to it, else the cheapest active supplier linked on the product page. Products without a supplier are listed but cannot be picked.
Set the reorder point, target stock and pack size of one product or combination in the form under the list (a product row is the default for all its combinations).
Reorder
Purchase orders
Tick the products, change the quantities and click Create draft purchase orders: one draft per supplier. You can also start an empty purchase order for a supplier on the Purchase orders tab.
In a draft you change quantities and unit costs, add products (search by name, reference, EAN13 or supplier reference), shipping and other costs, the expected delivery date and a note for the supplier. A reminder shows when the order is below the supplier's minimum order.
Draft
Send to supplier e-mails the order to the supplier's order address and copy addresses; Mark as sent only changes the status (for orders you place by phone or on a supplier portal). Print / PDF opens the supplier page.
Supplier page
Receiving
Open a sent order, type what arrived in Arriving now (or click Everything arrived) and click Receive. Each line adds its quantity to the stock once, records a stock movement (Catalog > Stock > Movements) and, with "Update cost prices" on, sets the cost price of the product or combination to the weighted average of the stock and the goods received. The order becomes "Partly received" or "Received". Close ends a partly received order whose rest will not come.
Receiving
Statuses
Draft, Sent, Partly received, Received, Closed, Cancelled. Drafts and sent orders without received goods can be cancelled; drafts and cancelled orders can be deleted. Orders past their expected date are shown as late.
Suppliers
The Suppliers tab lists your PrestaShop suppliers with the number of linked products, open purchase orders and the value received in the last 12 months. Suppliers themselves are created in Catalog > Brands & Suppliers.

FAQ
Does it change my stock when I create or send a purchase order?
No. Only receiving changes the stock, through PrestaShop's own stock functions.
What happens if I click Receive twice or reload the page?
Each receiving form has its own key: a form sent twice adds the stock once.
Does it work with combinations?
Yes. Suggestions, purchase order lines, receiving, cost prices and the restock note work per combination.
Where do supplier references and prices come from?
From the product page (Options > Suppliers). Prices in another currency are converted with your currency rates. Without a supplier price the product's cost price is used.
Does the supplier need an account?
No. The e-mail contains a private link to a printable page of that purchase order.
Can I attach a PDF?
The supplier page prints cleanly and can be saved as PDF from any browser.
Does it work with multistore?
Purchase orders belong to the shop they were created in; stock is received into that shop (or its shared stock group). Tested on single-shop stores.
The department store theme for PrestaShop 8.2 and 9.x: colour-coded departments, a department list beside the hero slider with two side promos, a big search with a department picker, tabbed product grids, a 2 + 1 + 2 offer grid, deals of the day with real countdowns, a department showcase, a promotions band and a three-column product page with a sticky buy box. Four styles (Meridian, Harbor, Citrus, Night), every colour editable. A child theme of Classic, no core changes.
Stop AI crawlers, scrapers, vulnerability scanners and unwanted countries before PrestaShop 8.2 or 9.x builds a page. Googlebot and Bingbot are verified by DNS and always allowed; 50+ bots get one switch each; country rules use free GeoIP databases and can close only the checkout; IP and network lists, rate limits for search, filters and forms, honeypots and the add to cart flood fix; a one-second challenge instead of a captcha; learning mode, dashboard, log, IP tester and Cloudflare export. Two hooks, no overrides.
Import and update products from supplier CSV, XML and JSON feeds in PrestaShop 8.2 or 9.x on a schedule: URL, FTP, SFTP or upload; field mapping with real sample values; match by reference, EAN-13, supplier reference or MPN; markup by price band and category with .99 rounding; a price guard that holds back big drops and below-cost prices; combinations from feed rows; stock-only syncs; products missing for N runs set to stock 0 with a safety limit; a dry-run preview with old and new values, run history with a row log and undo. No overrides, no storefront hooks.
